What is Adventure China
Spend your summer at camp in China.
You'll volunteer with children in China for 8 - 12 weeks, gaining experience in the most fun environment possible.
It's a cross between summer camp and teaching English in China or TEFL - except your classroom is outside in the sunshine.
Once camp is over, you'll have time to travel around China. There's nothing else quite like it - it's a unique experience in an incredible part of the world.
Summer camp: Volunteering not as you know it
We team up with Chinese summer camps inspired by North American traditions, adding a local twist. Spend your summer outdoors, soaking in Chinese culture and helping kids improve their English and other fun activities. Simple, meaningful, and real.

Improve your coaching skills and add valuable experience to your CV by becoming a camp counselor and working with children throughout the summer.

Preparation days
Our full-support promise includes a group preparation day, either in-person or online, to make sure that you're 100% ready for your summer. You'll meet others attending your camp, get to know your camp director, and learn all you need to know to hit the ground running.
